refunds + returns policy

Our services & products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Our goal at fossil&bone studios is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event of inclement weather, camera malfunction or any other unforeseen event that prohibits fossil&bone studios from
completing the session on the scheduled date and time that was booked, the client will have
the option to reschedule the session.
If the client fails to attend the scheduled photo or video shoot event on the day and time that was reserved, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
There will be no refunds for cancellations. We reserve your shoot date at the time of booking and arrange
all aspects of our schedules & post-production process around that.
No refunds will be giving due to "not liking" any image files once received. For any questions regarding this Policy, please email: info@fossilandbonestudios.com
All session fees, prints and products (including digital products) are non-refundable. Due to the nature of photography, all sales are final. Payment for sessions are due in full at the time of booking.
Products, image files, etc will not be distributed until the session has been paid in full.
All rates are subject to change at any time. All rates are non-negotiable.
