Frequently asked questions
FAQ'S
Q: I want you to shoot regularly for my social media content,
how would that work?

A: That's totally doable, I offer single one-off photography sessions as well as quarterly,
seasonal, and multi-shoot packages.
Q: I need new headshots and/or creative portraits - but hate having
my picture taken. I'm self-conscious in front of the camera
& keep putting it off....help!

A: You may be surprised to know that nearly all my clients say this before their session.

I too have suffered from performance anxiety so I deeply understand
how powerful pre-shoot fear can feel.

This is why I take extra time & care to direct my clients in ways that make them feel safe
& relaxed at their shoots. I also intentionally work with your most flattering
angles to create photographs that look like a complimentary
representation of your most confident self.
Q: Where is your studio located?

A: I shoot at different professional photography studios across the GTA,
as well as shooting on location and at my client's work spaces
(depending on what suits the creative direction
+ budget of the project).
Q: I have a facial feature that I don't like in pictures (one eye bigger than the other, a large nose, a crooked smile, a "lazy eye", scars,
skin conditions, etc). So I always hate pictures of myself....
do you have experience with this type of thing??

A: I do indeed!
A little-known photographer's secret - EVERYONE has one larger eye, asymmetrical features,
and aspects of their face that they're self-conscious about.
We've been conditioned to expect unattainable "perfection" from our unique appearance.
But there are many tips & tricks that can be applied through direction
(and sometimes post-production) to minimize features you find distracting.
